About the event

Join Lauren McTigue, Nutritional Therapist and founder of Half of Us Collective, for an empowering class focused on understanding and managing menstrual challenges, hormonal imbalances, and the transition into perimenopause. This session will explore how hormonal changes impact menstruators at various life stages—from irregular periods and PMS to the shifts that come with perimenopause.

You’ll learn practical tips for managing common symptoms such as mood swings, irregular cycles, fatigue, and hot flashes, while gaining a deeper understanding of how hormonal health affects your body and mind. The class includes both educational content and group discussion, so you’ll leave feeling confident in your ability to take control of your hormonal health, whether you're navigating menstruation or the transition into perimenopause.

Who This Class Is For:

  • Menstruators experiencing hormonal challenges, including irregular periods and PMS

  • Individuals moving through or approaching perimenopause

  • Partners and supporters of those navigating menstrual or hormonal changes
